Do I need a patch test for lashes or brows?
Yes, for first-time lash extensions, lash and brow tints and henna brows. Pop in at least 24–48 hours before your appointment — it only takes a couple of minutes.
What's the difference between classic, hybrid and Russian volume lashes?
Classic lashes place one extension on each natural lash for a natural look. Russian volume uses several very fine extensions fanned onto each lash for a fuller effect. Hybrid mixes the two.
What is a lash lift?
A lash lift curls and lifts your own natural lashes, and is often combined with a tint. There are no extensions involved.
